Paris
Saintonge
A lot of work has been going into harmonizing of moods and colors of this
47 square meters apartment located in Le Marais, Paris. The fusion of black details - such as the light fixtures, the windows and taps - with the grays and greens brings cohesion and modernity to this apartment.
The waxed concrete was chosen to coat the shower walls and floor. This noble material reinforces the miminalist style of the bathroom.
The shades of green brought by the zelliges dress up the kitchen and give it character. The zelliges also influenced the choice of paint colors on one of the walls of the bedroom (Green Lichen - Farrow & Ball) and the living room (Green Mizzle).
The gray sofa recalls the light gray hue of the other living room walls, while touches of mustard yellow as well as the brass lights warm the room creating a cosy and friendly atmosphere.
In the entrance, a multi-function piece of furniture was created to measure to optimize the storage space while hiding the toilet. Its angles were broken to soften its integration with the rest of the apartment.
The remodel, developed by the Sebastien Markoc agency, has been completed by Reflex.
