Levallois Perret
Bright and sophisticated, this 70 square meters apartment in Levallois-Perret, Paris, has been completely renovated. For added convenience, the spaces have been redistributed to create a larger and more inviting lounge / dining area
The walnut floor is harmoniously contrasted by the off-white walls from "Farrow & Ball", allowing the natural light to embrace the living room. The colors, glazed brown and gray, introduced in light touches in all the rooms of the apartment, conveys a warm and relaxed atmosphere.
The bespoke library, was designed for its discreet aesthetics as well as for its practical side. The open side gives lightness to the furniture, while the closed side is composed of large storage units.
The remodel, developed by the Sebastien Markoc agency, has been completed by Kermarec and Kerwoods.
