Les Halles
French loft with character
Located in the heart of Paris, this apartment has been renovated taking advantage of its location on the top floor of an 18th century building. Previously a two bedrooms apartment, it was redesigned as a bright and airy loft organized around a large central room. The attic has been converted into a bedroom, with partly glazed floor, offering an unobstructed view of the lounge area below. The chairs by Charles Ray Eames and Charlotte Perri give to this architect loft all its character.
Owner testimony
« Sebastien Markoc has transformed this old Parisian apartment of 45 square meters into a modern loft, functional, refined and incredibly pleasant! The works, that lasted several months, covered all the elements of the apartment: redesign of the spaces, renovation of all the walls, floors and ceilings, creation of a skylight, development of the attic, installation of an equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a design mixing contemporary and bargain-hunted flea market furniture (such as the lighting and the antique chairs). A very successful project and delivered on time! »
